This is what happens when the system of notification is available to the public, it gets into the hands of weak minded people that can’t get their emotions in control that they’ll attack, harrass, and humiliate someone on the sex offender registry and registrants can’t find a place to live, work and can’t even travel wherever they want because of the sex offender notification. It gets in the hands of the public just because they want to have a right to know and want to protect their family members including their children from someone who’s on the sex offender registry who’s not likely going to harm or do some foul to anyone.
Curious as to how LE can state that they have “no motive nor suspect,” yet classify this as a “hate crime.” A hate crime usually can’t be defined unless they HAVE a motive AND a suspect. I’m not a big fan of “hate crime” designation, as murder for any reason should be judged on the result, not the reason, but if it’s good for the goose, it’s good for the Flanders.
Yes. Finally some recognition. Feels good to get a little bit of justice.
Yes. ABOUT EFFING TIME.
Here’s to hoping they go back in Time to all the other RC’s who have been Assaulted and or KILLED and they admit they were in fact HATE CRIMES.
I’ve been living in an apartment for a few years. I get along fine, no problems until Miss Meth Head moved in. She did a search, found me and began telling everyone. I had a woman friend come over and as she was coming to my door Miss Meth Head thought she needed to know my history. My friend already knew, and told Meth Head to mind her own business. She was later evicted for various reasons. But this is what the registry does in all it’s glory.
Are the police checking their SO website and looking for killer IPs that recently visited, probably often? Bet they are. My bet is that the killer looked at that RC’s info page a few times and got more and more incited each time, until boom.
